WHAT TO EXPECT…

A Fun, Welcoming Atmosphere

Our Young’uns sessions are warm, relaxed, and designed to help children feel comfortable and confident. Coaches and volunteers create a supportive environment tailored to children aged 5–10 with a special educational need.

Learning Through Play

We focus on building coordination, teamwork, and communication through playful, age-appropriate activities. Children are encouraged to explore, participate, and have fun while developing key physical and social skills.

A Mix of Multi-Sport Activities

Each session includes a range of simple, engaging sports and movement-based games. Activities are adapted so every child can join in, try new things, and enjoy being active at their own pace.

Positive Connections and Confidence

Our Young’uns sessions help children build friendships, grow in confidence, and feel part of a supportive community. Every child is celebrated for who they are, with plenty of encouragement along the way.
