Learning Disability Basketball

We are thrilled to be able to offer 5 learning disability basketball sessions on a weekly basis. This is a focus area of DOSportUK and working alongside Basketball England and Special Olympics GB have worked hard to create new sessions and establish pathways of competition for members of all ages and abilities! All sessions are based around fun, fitness, and basic basketball skills.

Wheelchair Basketball

We run just the one session of wheelchair basketball ourselves on a weekly basis but also work with the other clubs in Derbyshire and Greater Manchester so please do not hesitate to ask about these clubs too and we can point you in the right direction! Our sessions focus on basic chair skills, basketball skills, game play, fun, and fitness!

Multisport
Our multi sports session in Manchester we partner with Lancashire Cricket Foundation who deliver their Super 1's programme at the club. The session is split into 2 sections; Cricket (1hour) and Multisports (1hour) and members choose the sports they access in the second hour. These sessions focus on sport skills (cricket for sure!), fun, fitness, and social interaction.
