WHAT TO EXPECT…

A Warm, Supportive Environment

Every session is welcoming and relaxed, giving members a safe space to play, learn, and feel included. Our coaches and volunteers are experienced in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

Plenty of Activity and Movement

Each session includes a mix of active drills, mini games, and movement-based exercises. It’s a great way to stay active, build coordination, and enjoy the positive energy of being part of a group.

Basketball Skills at Your Pace

We focus on fun, simple basketball skills that anyone can take part in. Whether it’s shooting, passing, or teamwork activities, everything is adapted so members can learn at a pace that suits them.

Friendly Faces and New Connections

Our sessions encourage social interaction, confidence building, and teamwork. Members often make new friends and enjoy being part of a community that celebrates everyone’s abilities.
