WHAT TO EXPECT…

A Supportive, Inclusive Environment

Our Inclusive Multisport sessions offer a calm, welcoming space where individuals aged 10+ with intellectual disabilities and/or autism can feel comfortable and confident. Coaches and volunteers provide encouragement and adapt activities to meet different needs.

A Variety of Multi-sport Activities

Each session includes a mix of fun, engaging sports and movement-based activities. The variety lets participants try new things, stay active, and develop key coordination and physical skills in a supportive setting.

Activities for All Abilities

We design every session so participants can join in at their own pace, no matter their ability level. The focus is on enjoyment, participation, and steady progress rather than competition or pressure.

Building Confidence and Connection

Our sessions encourage teamwork, communication, and positive social interaction. Participants often build new friendships, gain confidence, and enjoy being part of a community that celebrates everyone’s abilities.
